We provide all our customers with the opportunity to return or exchange an item. On our website, you can find detailed terms of warranty service and apply for a return of goods.

If the product does not suit you, you can exchange or return it within the first 14 days after purchase in accordance with the applicable laws. Only good-quality goods are subject to exchange and return:

  • Which have not been in use;

  • In original, undamaged packaging;

  • Fully equipped;

  • With no traces of use: scratches, cracks, dents, mechanical damage, and with intact factory seals.

In case of failure of the purchased product, you can use the NETWORK POINT Service Centre.

The product warranty period is mentioned on the warranty coupon attached to each product.

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you may return a fully functional product without defects and subject to preserving its original packaging within 14 (fourteen) days. When returning a product, you will receive a full refund, minus any delivery charges.

Warranty Terms

  • All offered products come with a 1 (one) year warranty.

  • The warranty does not cover consumable items and materials (batteries, power supplies, etc.), nor does it cover repair or replacement of parts naturally worn during operation.

  • The warranty does not cover software.

  • Warranty repairs may be refused if the installation or repair has been performed by unauthorized or unqualified persons.

  • The consumer forfeits warranty rights in case of violation of storage, transportation, or operational conditions. Warranty seals must not show signs of tampering.

  • Read the supplied manual carefully before using the equipment. Non-compliance with operating conditions voids warranty rights.

  • Shipping to the Service Centre and return shipping of the replaced product shall be covered by the buyer. All defective parts replaced during repairs remain the property of the company.

  • Replacement of defective equipment during the warranty period may take from 5 to 35 days, as determined by the company.

Return Policy

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you can return fully functional equipment without breaking the original packaging within 14 (fourteen) days.

For online payments made by payment cards, cash refunds are not available. Refund procedures follow the rules of international payment systems.

The return of a good-quality product is possible if its marketable appearance, consumer properties, and proof of purchase are preserved.

If a consumer returns the goods, the company will refund the amount paid no later than ten days from the date of receiving the relevant request.

To initiate a refund to a bank card, you must fill out the "Application for the return of funds," which will be provided by the company upon request. Please send the completed application along with a copy of your identification document to [email protected].

Refunds will be made to the bank card within 10 working days from receipt of the "Application for the return of funds."

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price. The processing time for the application and refund calculation begins when the company receives the completed application and excludes holidays/weekends.
