Multiple Networking Schemes
It also is compatible to various protocols such as RIP, BGP, and OSPF and supports different channels. Most of all the device is equipped with a lot of ports, 5 of which are considered LAN ports and the other 5 as Gigabit Ethernet ports. Whether you want to add more desktop PCs or share Internet connectivity and network to multimedia devices, gaming consoles, or HDTVs, you wouldn’t have any problem anymore.
Long Range
The router board has a very long range spanning 1000mW or more than 3 miles. In other words, the board allows you to pick up signals from various access points and at the same time broadcast Internet speed over a large area. It is further complemented by a pair of 4dBI omni-directional antennas. If you want to provide Internet connectivity to some neighbors, campuses, and multi-story offices or buildings, you can do so now. The RouterBoard 2011UAS-2HnD is compatible with 802.11 b/g/n protocol and taps on the 2.4 GHz.
Accessories
The package also includes an LCD panel and a desktop case to properly protect the router board. You can also get a power supply. You may also decide to mount the entire device onto the wall as you can easily buy a kit for mounting.
