MikroTik Cloud Smart Switch 326-24G-2S+RM is SwOS powered 24 port Gigabit Ethernet switch with two SFP+ ports in 1U rackmount case that provides wire speed connectivity with several new switching features.
It gives you all the basic functionality for a managed switch, plus more: allows to manage port-to-port forwarding, apply MAC filter, configure VLANs, mirror traffic, apply bandwidth limitation and even adjust some MAC and IP header fields. SFP cage supports both 1.25 Gb SFP and 10 Gb SFP+ modules..

Power is supplied to the device using a power supply or through the first Ethernet port using Passive PoE technology with a voltage of 10-30V.

Form factor 1U
Designed in a classic 1U form factor, the CSS326 can successfully replace any switch in your rack. PoE in technology is supported. All interfaces are placed on the front panel in 2 rows and, for greater convenience, are grouped by blocks. All 24 RJ45 interfaces support 1Gbps speed. To implement Uplink / Downlink, 2 SFP + slots are additionally provided with support for Mini-GBIC 1.25G and 10G modules. If necessary, both interfaces can be combined into a 20 Gbit channel, for example, to connect two such switches in a rack.
High performance
CSS is very different from regular managed switches. The CSS326-24G-2S + RM uses the high-performance Marvell DX 98DX3216A1 switching chip, capable of up to 44 Gbps. 65.4 million packets per second - this is the number of packets that this kid is capable of processing every second. The switch has an address table for 16 thousand entries and is capable of simultaneously serving up to 4 thousand VLANs.
Marvell Prestera DX processor
The Marvell Prestera DX processor family is designed specifically for use in highly integrated networking solutions. Prestera DX processors provide a high degree of integration for small and medium business (SMB), enterprise segment (SME) and operators (SP) solutions. The DX3200 processor lineup combines a dual-core ARMv7 processor (800 MHz) and a set of special modules for implementing hardware Offload (Secure Control, Network Shield, IPv4 / IPv6 Routing, etc.). Thanks to Marvell DX, there is no need to use additional intermediate hardware switches (switch chips), since the chip has enough own lanes to service all 24 RJ45 interfaces and 2 SFP slots.
Enterprise-grade functionality
For use in corporate networks, there are features such as ACL-based access control management, advanced security, port isolation, traffic mirroring, network protection against broadcast storms, support for STP (Spanning Tree Protocol), SNMP v1 and Mikrotik neighbor detection. Note. Since the device has only 2 MB of flash memory, it is technically impossible to install RouterOS on this model and use the Dual Boot technology.
