On board, the Mikrotik CCR1009-7G-1C-PC has a fast 9-core processor (TLR4-00980CG-10CE-A3a series with a clock frequency of 1 GHz), 1 GB of RAM, 7 gigabit Ethernet ports, 1 combo port for SFP, USB A 2.0 connector for connecting modems or USB drives, a pre-installed license of RouterOS level 6. Also, the CCR1009-7G-1C-PC is equipped with passive cooling system, consisting of two copper tubes and a specially designed radiator, which in addition ensures noiseless operation of the device. - The lack of a switching chip. The CCR1009 routers come with fully independent Ethernet ports, each of which is directly connected to the central processor, which allows us to overcome the past bandwidth limit of 1 Gb / s and use the full potential of the processor power for processing the traffic of these ports.

- The combined port “SFP and Ethernet” for optics. One gigabit programming interface with two hardware ports (SFP and Gigabit Ethernet) provides independence of the type of transmission medium available, thereby providing flexibility in operation. In addition, the interface has a new unique redundancy function for cases of disconnection, and also allows you to programmatically switch the port used.

- Added support for 100 Mbps SFP. For the first time in MikroTik devices, support for optical modules 100BASE-LX / 100BASE-SX / 100BASE-BX appeared in addition to the usual 1.25G SFP-modules.

- Big bandwidth. Thanks to the direct connection of ports to the central processor, the models of the CCR1009 line have a higher theoretical throughput.

- Redundancy for meals. The router can be powered both on the first PoE port, and using the external 24 V 2.5 A AC / DC adapter from the kit.

- LCD touch screen. Unlike the CCR1009-7G-1C-PC model, the CCR1009-7G-1C-1S + additionally has a LCD touch screen.
