Ubiquiti UniFi Switch 48-750 will provide the user with 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports, as well as 2 SFP and 2 SFP + ports that allow you to connect the switch to optical communication lines. The switch has a computing part that provides traffic processing at 70 Gb / s. Simple calculations show that the Ubiquiti UniFi Switch 48-750 is capable of operating normally at maximum simultaneous load on all ports, including optical ports. An important feature of the switch is the support for power transmission to connected devices according to POE + IEEE 802.3af / at and 24VDC Passive PoE standards. For this, the Ubiquiti UniFi Switch 48-750 is equipped with a 750 Watt power supply. This will be more than enough to power at least several dozen PoE clients.

The switch supports the proprietary Unifi Controller management software platform. This makes it an ideal solution for both CCTV deployments using UniFivideo IP cameras and a scalable WiFi hotspot based on Ubiquiti's UniFi access points. The switch can be mounted in a server rack and at the same time has a very modest size, occupying only one 1U High slot in the rack.
