Unifi Switch Flex
Build and expand your network with the UniFi® Switch included with the Enterprise UniFi System. The UniFi Switch Model USW-Flex is a self-sensing 802.3af PoE configurable Gigabit Layer 2 switch. It offers 5 RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports, providing 1 PoE input and 4 PoE outputs to connect to your devices.
The UniFi Switch Flex has one PoE In port for power and four PoE ports that provide up to 15W PoE output to power your UniFi AP or other PoE devices. With 802.3bt PoE switches (USW-Pro-48-PoE, USW-Pro-24-PoE, and USW-Industrial, sold separately) as a power supply, the USW-Flex supports a maximum PoE output of 46W. It has a weatherproof housing and offers flexible mounting options.
Managed and configurable via the UniFi Controller or the UniFi Mobile App, the UniFi Switch Flex offers basic Layer 2 switching protocols and features. The UniFi Controller and Mobile App allows administrators to configure and control virtually all switch functions using a GUI from anywhere in the world.
PoE Flexibility
The USW-Flex supports a maximum power output of 46W when powered by 60W 802.3bt PoE ++. Four ports provide auto-sensing 802.3af PoE output to power multiple devices on the network.
Universal installation
The USW-Flex can be installed horizontally or vertically, making it ideal for tabletop, magnetic wall mount and pole mount applications.
Design
The USW-Flex is designed for indoor or outdoor use. With a weather-resistant housing and versatile mounting options, the USW-Flex provides flexibility and durability for environments with extreme temperature fluctuations.
Compatible Products
The USW-Flex supports a variety of products including the UniFi Video Camera G3 Flex, UniFi Video Camera G4 Pro, and UniFi AC Mesh AP, which use 802.3af PoE. The USW-Flex can be powered by an industrial USW switch that provides 60W 802.3bt PoE ++.
Integration
A single UniFi Controller instance running in the cloud can manage multiple UniFi sites within a centralized interface. Each site is logically separated and has its own network monitoring, configuration, maps, statistics, and administrator accounts.
